The Old Letters was made as a private place for particular people, not a public platform. You are not building reach or competing for reactions. You write to the person you chose.

• No public feed and no public letters.
• Access based on accounts, invitations, and permissions.
• Letter content never appears in notification emails.
• Letter content is encrypted on the sender’s device, and the server does not receive readable letter content.
